Fall soccer is a recreational soccer program for children in 1st through 8th grade who reside in River Forest or who attend schools in River Forest. The Fall Soccer season will begin Saturday, September 6 and end Saturday, October 25 with 10 games (4 midweek games; 6 Saturday games), weekly practices (which may start at the coach's discretion the week of August 26), and a Fall Festival for the entire family on October 4th.
You may also register for the MLS Summer Camp at the same time which will occur the week of August 18-22 at Keystone Park. Join the fun as your children will play games, watch skits, and learn soccer skills as taught by professional soccer coaches provided by Major League Soccer (MLS). Each child receives an evaluation of skills, MLS t-shirt, and an opportunity to get tickets to a Chicago Fire game at a discount. The summer camp will run each day of the week from 4-7 p.m. Hosts for coaches are needed; please indicate your willingness to host on the registration form.
Do you want to be a referee? If so, then it is easy to register by simply clicking on the link for Fall Soccer Referees under "Program List". There is no charge to register, and RFYSL will provide the necessary training for you to become a great referee. The pay is good, too! So tell your friends and register now!
